Preparing Your Home


Before selling your home, you must first prepare it for sale so that you maximize the chance of getting the most money for your house. This process of preparing and designing your home for sale is also known in the industry as Staging.

The main purpose of staging is to make your home is appealing to as many potential buyers as possible so that the sale will be quicker and closer to your desired amount. People commonly make the mistake of associating staging with just furniture arrangement. In fact, anything that could be done to improve the look and function of a house counts as staging.
